-003/1224：Servius Sulpicius Galba-00368、誕生

Roman emperor for seven months from 68 to 69. The governor of Hispania Tarraconensis at the time of the rebellion of Julius Vindex in Gaul, he seized the throne following Nero's suicide.
Unable to gain popularity with the people or maintain the support of the Praetorian Guard, Galba was killed by Otho, who rebelled when Galba passed him over as his successor.

タキトゥスはその『年代記』で「もしガルバが皇帝にならなければ、人々はガルバこそが皇帝にふさはしいと云ったであろう」と記したさうだが、東西の歴史にはガルバのみならずさうした実例に溢れ返ってゐる。若年の時には理想にあふれ名君をめざしてもすぐに墮落と腐敗が始まる。ネロだってさうだ。ナポレオンだってさうだらう。一度始まった墮落と腐敗から立ち直る例はきはめて少ない。一生通して名君、賢王であった例など稀少にして皆無と云っていいほどだらう。

Chen Qun, courtesy name Changwen, was an official of the state of Cao Wei 曹魏 during the Three Kingdoms period of China. He initiated the Nine-rank system for civil service nomination in Wei 魏.
Following the death of the first Wei emperor Cao Pi 曹丕018726, Chen Qun, along with Sima Yi 司馬懿017951 and Cao Zhen 曹眞??0231, nominated Cao Pi's son, Cao Rui 曹叡022639, to be the new emperor.

was King of England from 6 April 1199 until his death in 1216. John lost the Duchy of Normandy to King Philip II of France, resulting in the collapse of most of the Angevin Empire and contributing to the subsequent growth in power of the Capetian dynasty during the 13th century. The baronial revolt at the end of John's reign led to the sealing of Magna Carta, a document sometimes considered an early step in the evolution of the constitution of the United Kingdom.
イングランド王ヘンリ2世とアリエノルダキテヌの末子。ヘンリ2世が幼年のジョンに領土を与へなかったことから、John Lackland「欠地王」と呼ばれる。また、領地を大幅に失ったため「失地王」とも。

北条時氏の次男で、四代執権北条経時の弟。北条時輔、第8代執権北条時宗、北条宗政、北条宗頼らの父。
出家後は最明寺殿、最明寺入道とも呼ばれた

Sénéchal de Champagne et historien du règne, il suit Louis IX à Aigues-Mortes lors de la septième croisade. C'est en partie grâce à ses témoignages que Saint Louis est canonisé en 1297.


『聖王ルイの生涯』と題されてはゐても記述の大部分は第七回十字軍の事であり、作者の現場体験の他、ルイ九世からの直話と思われる逸話なども記載されており、当時を識る重要な史料となってゐる。

「ダンスタプル」an English composer of polyphonic music of the late medieval era and early Renaissance periods. He was one of the most famous composers active in the early 15th century and was widely influential, not only in England but on the continent, especially in the developing style of the Burgundian School.
中世西洋音楽からルネサンス音楽の移行期に重要な役割をした。
百年戦争の休戦時にフランスに滞在し、イングランド特有の三度、六度の和声法「フォーブルドン」を大陸に傳へるとともに、逆に大陸の音楽をイングランドにもたらした。
ダンスタブルによって傳へられた和声法は、大陸の音楽に寄与してポリフォニに発展し、ルネサンス音楽の契機となった。かうして、ダンスタブルの影響をうけた Guillaume Dufay 140070 によりブルゴウニュ楽派が形成され、ルネサンス音樂が花開いていく。

The Jesuit order served the Pope as missionaries, and they were bound by a vow of special obedience to the sovereign pontiff in regard to the missions.
They therefore emerged as an important force during the time of the Counter-Reformation.

Takuan Sōhō (沢庵 宗彭), Né à Izushi 出石 dans la province de Tajima 但馬, il est issu d'une famille de samouraï du clan Miura 三浦氏 mais commence ses études de prêtre dès l'âge de 10 ans en étudiant le bouddhisme Jōdo. Il devient plus tard une figure majeure de l'école Rinzai-shu 臨濟宗 de bouddhisme zen 禪.

En 1608, à seulement 35 ans, il devient le père supérieur du temple Daitoku-ji 大徳寺 de Kyoto au Japon. Selon la légende, il fut le maître du célèbre Miyamoto Musashi 宮本武藏158445 mais cela n'est pas établi d'un point de vue historique.
Il était en contact avec le général Ishida Mitsunari 石田三成156000, le daimyo chrétien Kuroda Nagamas a 黒田長政156823 , Yagyū Munenori 柳生宗矩157146, le chef de l'école d'escrime Yagyū Shinkage-ryū 柳生新陰流, l'empereur Go-Mizunoo 後水尾天皇159680, et le shogun, Tokugawa Iemitsu 徳川家光160451.
Il porta l'esprit du bouddhisme zen dans de nombreux aspects de la culture japonaise, tel que l'art du combat et la calligraphie.
Il est l'auteur de six volumes et son influence est toujours présente dans le bouddhisme Zen et les arts martiaux.

南海トラフ巨大地震の一つとされ、約32時間前に発生した安政東海地震（東南海地震含む）とともに「安政地震」「安政大地震」とも総称される。この地震は嘉永年間に起きたが、この天変地異や前年の黒船来航を期に「安政」と改元されたため、安政を冠して呼ばれる。当時は「寅の大變」とも呼ばれた。

Ein deutscher Schachspieler, Mathematiker und Philosoph.
Er war der zweite offizielle Schachweltmeister und zugleich der bislang einzige deutsche Träger dieses Titels. Er behauptete diese Position über einen Zeitraum von 27 Jahren (1894 bis 1921) und damit länger als jeder andere Schachweltmeister.

彼はチェスに心理学の要素を持ち込み、対戦相手の人物像を綿密に研究して試合に挑んだ。チェスは偶然の要素がほとんどないゲイムであり、人間同士の対戦においては心理状態が重要な要素となることを心得ていた。
彼は序盤戦をさほど重視しなかった。むしろ、彼はわざと劣勢な序盤戦を展開することで、相手の意表を衝く作戰の意味があったとも云はれてゐる。彼は不利な局面から逆転するのが得意だった。

日本の國語學者（古代語）
Hashimoto est particulièrement connu pour sa découverte du Jōdai Tokushu Kanazukai (上代特殊假名遣ひ) qui indique clairement que l'ancien japonais faisait plus de distinctions syllabiques que les périodes ultérieures de la langue.
Cette découverte a conduit à l'hypothèse que le japonais ancien avait huit voyelles tandis que le japonais moderne n'en a que cinq. Sa description systématique de la grammaire japonaise a également posé les fondations de l'enseignement du langage pour les enfants japonais.

Capitaine dans l'aviation française, il remporte 53 victoires homologuées, plus une trentaine de victoires probables en combat aérien. Volant sur différents types de Morane-Saulnier, de Nieuport, de SPAD (VII, SPAD XII canon, SPAD XIII). Fait notable, il survit huit fois après que son avion ait été abattu. Il est affecté durant sa carrière à l'escadrille Numéro 3 (MS 3, N 3 puis SPA 3), dite « Escadrille des Cigognes », unité de chasse la plus victorieuse des ailes françaises entre 1914 et 1918.

Takayama Chogyū , de son vrai nom Takayama Rinjirō, est le nom de plume d'un écrivain et critique littéraire japonais.
Il influence la littérature japonaise à la fin de l'ère Meiji avec son mélange d'individualisme romantique, de concepts d'accomplissement personnel, d'esthétique et de nationalisme. Toutefois, bon nombre des œuvres de Chogyū semblent énigmatique aux lecteurs contemporains en raison du style archaïque qu'il emploie.


その死
1902明治35、論文『奈良朝の美術』により文学博士号を授与された。が、肺結核の病状が悪化し、東大講師を辞任、療養につとめたが、この日に神奈川県平塚の杏雲堂病院分院で病没した。
墓所は静岡市清水区の龍華寺で、墓碑銘には「吾人は須らく現代を超越せざるべからず」と彫られてゐる。
日本主義、ロマン主義、ニーチェ主義、日蓮主義など彼の思想の主張は変遷が激しく、急激な近代化の流れのなかで変転きはまりなかった明治思想史を体現してゐたとも云へやう。

その死
In 1935 he interrupted composition of the opera "Lulu" on the death of Manon Gropius and wrote the "Violin Concerto" with an exceptional stroke as his. However, just before its completion, insect bites caused the tumor, which worsened, he underwent surgery and also suffered from sepsis, closed the 50 - year lifetime.

晩年はナチスの迫害に遭ひ、亡命先を探していた時、上野伊三郎の「日本インタナショナル建築会」から招聘を受け1933年に来日、三年半滞在した。当時の日独関係上、日本政府から公的な協力が得られなかったことから、彼が望む公職が得られず、トルコ政府の招きによりトルコに行き、そこで死去した。
彼は日本建築の粹を桂離宮などに見付けた。
